You have to write down thy successes and your squanders; for it’s the total of all a persons achievements which create his or her basis.
How detailed is your decision. I tend to consider that hourly info and that kind of personal detail is not needed. Basically work out how far up you are and how much (if any) you’ve taken out. Of course, if you are beaten, note that too, despite how much it it might pain you.
Don’t overlook to record what style of poker you’re gambling on, if that’s imperative to you. (In my experience, most players hold to what they know and do not experiment. If all you do is keep winnings, loses and what you’ve taken out, you are light years in front of a majority of gamblers out there!)
Give yourself actual goals, such as a ‘dream’ goal (new auto, get-a-way or whatever). When you withdraw, mark the dollars withdrawn to your dream tally. The more prosperous you are, the nearer that dream will be!
